At Sisway Battery, we believe that a strong team is the foundation of innovation. To strengthen collaboration and help our team unwind from daily pressures, we recently organized a two-day, one-night team-building retreat — and it was truly a trip to remember.
Day 1: Setting Sail, Sharing Smiles
The day began with the sun shining and spirits high as we headed to the coast. One of the highlights of the day was sailing — everyone boarded sailboats and enjoyed the open sea, gentle waves, and fresh ocean breeze. It was the perfect way to relax and reset.
Back on shore, the fun continued. In the evening, we fired up the grills for a delicious beachside barbecue. Laughter filled the air as teammates cooked, shared food, and swapped stories. As night fell, we gathered for a lively karaoke session, where unexpected talents emerged and the party atmosphere reached its peak.
Day 2: Off-Road Adventures and Team Spirit
The second day brought a burst of adrenaline as we headed into the mountains for off-road driving. Behind the wheel of rugged vehicles, we tackled winding paths and rugged terrain, surrounded by nature. It was thrilling, challenging, and a fantastic bonding experience.
Later in the morning, we engaged in a series of team games designed to build trust, communication, and quick thinking. Whether it was a relay race or a problem-solving challenge, each activity brought our team closer together.
As we wrapped up the event and took a final group photo, the sense of unity and camaraderie was stronger than ever.
