The battery has a 5-year warranty, and the charger has a 1-year warranty. If there’s any non-human damage to internal parts during the warranty period, we’ll replace them for free and offer remote tech support.

It depends on the battery capacity
Not recommended. Lead-Acid chargers often have specific stages (like desulfation mode) that can damage lithium batteries. We recommend using a dedicated LiFePO4 charger to ensure battery health and safety.
The optimal charging temperature is between 0°C and 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Please note: charging standard lithium batteries below 0°C (freezing) is strictly prohibited.
