What brand are the battery material cells from?

We use EVE brand cells. Every cell goes through internal resistance and voltage difference tests before entering our warehouse to ensure consistent, high-grade performance.

How long does the battery last?

Our batteries are rated for 4,000 charge cycles. If used daily, that’s about 10.9 years. After 5 years, you can still expect over 70% of the original capacity.

What’s the warranty on the battery pack?

The battery has a 5-year warranty, and the charger has a 1-year warranty. If there’s any non-human damage to internal parts during the warranty period, we’ll replace them for free and offer remote tech support.

What’s included in the battery kit?

Each kit includes the battery, charger, display screen, wiring harness, and user manual.

Do you have 48v batteries?

 Yes, This Product offers 48V batteries. They are available in capacities of 105Ah, 150Ah, 210Ah, and 300Ah.
